About the role
Working as the Property Services Manager you will be reporting directly to the National Operations & CAPEX Manager and will be responsible in ensuring optimum facilities management services are delivered efficiently & effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to maintenance of the property structures, façade, fittings, finishes and services.
- Regularly inspect the assets and infrastructure to determine the extent, priority and safety aspects of any repair works required.
- Reviewing agreed environmental sustainability performance parameter data for the Property to be reported to the Owner and other stakeholders.
- Providing input into the monthly reports for the operational aspects of the property.
- Manage the delivery of Capital Works projects as scheduled and within budget.
About you
Having a tertiary qualification is desirable, but a trade certificate and existing customer/facilities experience will be favourably considered. Your strong understanding of base building facilities management coupled with your demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team will see you succeed in this role.
