Job Description
- Exceed sales targets, conduct training, and manage customer relationships.
- Provide regular sales forecasts.
- Expand market reach by monitoring competitors and acquiring new customers.
- Represent Sika in the industry, assist in budget planning, and provide technical support to clients.
- Maintain confidentiality, report customer feedback promptly, and collaborate internally for seamless operations.
- Increase market coverage by monitoring competitor activities, maintaining lists of potential customers and regularly calling on potential customers.
- Support Target Market Manager in various tasks including budget preparation.
- Provision of technical advice and training in Sika's products to customers.
- Investigation of customer complaints and issues.
- Liaise with the appropriate Sika staff for all matters regarding technical support, product performance, delivery to customers, production planning and ordering of raw materials.
- A minimum of 5 years' frontline management experience in the concrete industry.
- Extensive and proven customer service experience.
- A high degree of computer literacy - MS Suite.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to develop and maintain professional interpersonal relationships.
