About the role:
We're in search of a stand-out fashion Sales Manager to join our esteemed brand. In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives and expand our VIP clientele in our boutique setting. With a focus on KPIs, you'll bring your expertise in hitting sales targets and your innate ability to provide consultative guidance. Your fashion sense and style are crucial as you'll work closely with clients, offering personalised styling assistance. Additionally, your passion for Visual Merchandising and proficiency in stock management will further enhance our team.
Skills and Experiences:
* Fashion Retail Management experience
* Sales driven and proven within your management career, exceeding targets
* Self-motivated and Autonomous - Treat the business as your own
* Exceptional Customer Service
* Experience in Visual Merchandise, with an eye for detail
* Ideally, we would love a management background in swimwear or bra fitting but not essential!
* BRIGHT BUBBLY AND HIGH ENERGY!
