Sales Manager - Northern Beaches

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets;
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets;
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients;
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives;
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team to drive continuous improvement;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to inform sales strategies; and
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred);
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles;
• Ability to analyse sales data and trends to drive decision-making;
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools;
• Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction; and
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
