Australia's leading content agency, Medium Rare, is seeking a Sales Manager to work with a dedicated national sales team across the Travel media category. You will be responsible for the digital, social, print and ambient sales in the VIC and TAS markets.
Your day to day:
- Delivering on advertising revenue budgets, ensuring that gaps in revenue in your territory are identified and appropriate strategies implemented.
- Proactively source advertising revenue opportunities by working closely with media agencies and non-competitive direct clients.
- Fostering of high-level relationships with all new and existing advertising partners as well as media/creative/digital and PR agencies to drive revenue, identify new revenue opportunities.
- Leading multi channelled campaign implementation across internal and external stakeholders to maximise campaign outcomes.
- Effectively using CRM and booking systems to enable accurate reporting for forecasting and performance management purposes

- A sales professional with proven success in revenue growth and relationship
- building.
- A sales professional with strategic ideas that are effectively implements and who can work autonomously and who can lead their client portfolio to meet revenue goals.
- Displays a high level of attention to detail and who works effectively in collaboration others in an effort to achieve common goals.
- A driven individual who is commercially adaptable when working on short term and long term revenue targets.
- Someone who is comfortable working on large strategic projects and pitches. As well as smaller short term opportunities.
- A person who thrives in an innovative, fast paced environment.
- An individual who has a genuine intention to exceed expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
