Protecting travellers – and supporting those responsible for their safety – is our business. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 3 operation centres in Australia, Canada and the UK, responding to the cries for help we receive from travellers across the globe.

So, what’s the job?

  • You'll achieve 100% of the new business sales targets with the aim to exceed them.
  • You'll have the ability to identify, drive, negotiate, and close opportunities within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You'll effectively manage the sales cycle process and, when required, the account management process.
  • You'll maximise cross and up-sell opportunities with existing clients when applicable.
  • You'll maximise Business Development opportunities with new clients across borders internationally.
  • You'll ensure all reports are completed and submitted on time, including timely and accurate reporting of all major opportunities and issues arising from clients.
  • You'll ensure the chosen CRM information tool is updated every week, and the forecast section is accurate, and the campaigns are properly identified.
  • You'll develop and maintain a sales pipeline for new business and extension opportunities for Travel Risk Management and consulting services.
  • You'll develop and implement strategic New Business and Account Management Plans for key clients and prospects.
  • You'll attend all relevant clients or industry events and/or present when required

And what are we looking for?

  • You’ll utilise a consultative selling approach
  •  You’ll need Sales or Marketing qualifications (Bachelor's or Master's) or 5+ years of professional sales experience
  • You’ll ideally have a network in Medical and Risk space within the travel industry
  • You’ll ideally have demonstrated experience in tech sales, consulting, or medical sales
  • You’ll demonstrate fluency in English; advantageous if proficient in a second European language
  • You’ll embody a hunter mentality with strong drive and compassion
  • You’ll showcase a proven track record of exceeding sales targets individually and as a team
  • You’ll approach tasks with a hands-on approach, comfortable working autonomously or within a team
  • You’ll demonstrate strong networking skills, both externally and internally
  • You’ll be comfortable attending networking events and conferences
  • You’ll show ability to collaborate within a diverse, matrix organization
