Role Summary
Premier Health & Fitness is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales in our well-established full-service luxury health club in Sydney CBD.
You will work closely with the General Manager in the development of sales and marketing strategies and be primarily responsible for execution. Ideally, the successful candidate has a strong and successful background in fitness centre sales and marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven membership consultant to step up into a senior role.
Generous remuneration package available to earn over $110K

About the Job
Premier Health Club has a fantastic offering including, a huge range of group classes each week, Top of the range Technogym equipment, a brand-new Functional Studio and sensational amenities. We are Sydney’s Premium Health Club – offering complimentary towel service, Steam Rooms, Saunas, Spa’s and highly sought-after plunge pools. We also care about our members and do everything we can to help them reach their goals.
The role of the successful candidate is to have a comprehensive understanding of what we are about and use that knowledge to DRIVE membership sales outcomes via a mix of marketing and sales strategies.
The role involves:
- Developing and driving the sales and marketing strategy.
- Achieving sales budgets and targets.
- Proactively generating new leads.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing strategies – digital and other.
- Managing membership Renewals and leads.
- Driving the membership referral program.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of sales events and initiatives such as open weekends.
- Executing retention strategies.
- Presenting the clubs facilities to prospective new members.
- Utilise club database to drive retention and acquisition.
Skills Required
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in hitting sales targets. In addition to this, must also have an understanding and passion for what they are selling which is health and fitness. We are looking for someone who takes a genuine interest in people’s needs and has the ability to match those needs to what Premier can offer.
The successful candidate must have:
