We are seeking a highly motivated person for a full-time customer service position in our Bibra Lake Branch and our Wangara Branch operating 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
The Role
This is office-based in our Bibra Lake and Wangara Showrooms, responding to trade & retail enquiries for quotes and orders, via phone, email and walk ins.
Your day at Oxworks will see you:
- Build relationships with regular trade customers
- Exceeding customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service
- Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders
- Reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactions
The Applicant
The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Customer service experience in a large trade, retail or hardware environment would be an advantage
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent people & communication skills
