About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team in the Byron Bay HQ.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in our Byron Bay HQ working within our Core Finance Team. As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales operations and driving revenue growth.
1. Pricing Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing recommendations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into Sales Performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on revenue performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales-related data.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and pipeline health.
- Identify areas for improvement and work closely with the sales team to implement strategies for enhanced performance.
- Provide the sales team with actionable insights based on data analysis, helping to optimize sales processes and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven recommendations.
- Assist the sales function in developing and maintaining a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Support sales leaders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within sales operations or finance.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
