Hoskins Maroondah are currently on the lookout for a Sales Personal Assistant to join our boutique team working alongside the #17 agent in the industry.
Training and support provided to ensure a long term, successful career whilst selling prestige properties throughout Melbourne.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate (minimum 12 months)
- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate License
- Current and valid driver's license
- Reliable car
- Impeccable presentation
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Desire to learn and succeed
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- An “above and beyond” approach to customer service
- Clear police record check
- Experience using Agentbox and Real Time Agent will be highly regarded
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business
- Conduct open for inspections
- Conduct buyer appointments
- Provide general administrative support to the team
