This role also requires conducting development meetings with clients to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets.ProfileThe ideal candidate for the Sales Representative role will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively. Collaboration is vital, and the candidate should be able to work well with the team. Previous experience managing a territory is preferred, demonstrating the ability to take ownership and drive results. A background in haircare is highly regarded, and sales experience would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess a can-do attitude, be eager to take on challenges and be open to constructive feedback.
