Torius Pty Ltd are seeking a qualified Sales Representative with experience to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. We pride ourselves on excellence - providing custom apparel services with production based in Australia.
The Sales Representative will need to have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for maximum market penetration and revenue growth.
- Create and build a sales team that maximizes efficiency, impact and performance
- Effectively manage and lead your team by identifying strengths, providing a blend of support, development and performance management that enables individuals to work at their best.
- Set individual and team KPI's
- Conduct customer visits and generation of new leads.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations showcasing our services.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyse sales data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Seeking out and closing opportunities within our existing customer base and identifying new markets that offer a strategic value to our business.
- Develop sales and product capability across the sales team through training and coaching activities to build a high performing team environment.
- Authentically engage and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders across the business to identify and act on opportunities to grow sales (new and existing).
- Boost productivity and develop innovative ways to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years relevant sales experience; sales enablement/operations preferred
- 5 + years of experience in Senior Sales or Channel Management/ Leadership roles
- Experience leading business transformation, coaching solution sales & executing strategic sales planning
- Proven sales experience, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities, closing successful sales deals.
- Understanding of financial & sales processes, scorecards & KPIs
- Identify opportunities to upsell Services to existing and new customers
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically.
- Well developed organisational and planning skills, with the ability to put structures in place.
