We pride ourselves on maintaining a consistent high quality of service, and have become well known in the industry for their knowledge and passion for the industry with a focus area on Sydney’s inner west and eastern suburbs offering high ticket value sales for the right candidate.
The role
We’re looking for a talented salesperson to support our continued growth. You will assume responsibility for our territory. As Territory Sales Consultant, your focus will be to convert allocated leads into hard dollar outcomes by visiting home owners to provide a measure and quote service.
Responsibilities
Consistently completing daily and weekly proven sales activities, will create a strong pipeline and level of predictability in workload; and ultimately sales revenue, with an (almost) unlimited supply of leads based on sales ability.
The main aspects of this role will include:
- Consultatively guiding customers through the product selection process
- Completing quotes efficiently, including amendments and upgrades where possible
- Maintaining a professional appearance and being knowledgeable about the products and service solutions
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy when considering dimensions, costings and providing technical support
You
You are an experienced salesperson who is looking to branch out in a new industry. Your high level of drive will ensure you perform well and achieve set KPI targets to increase your earning potential.
Other aspects that will guarantee your success include:
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Excel based software
- Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Creative flair, with a strong eye for detail
- Decisive and action orientated with an entrepreneurial flair
- Highly organised, with a proven ability to plan ahead
- Keenness for learning
Remuneration
The OTE for this role sits at around $120K+, which is made up of a base salary ranging between $70K-$80K, super, company vehicle, business tools and highly achievable bonus structure.
