Form of work16th January, 2024 Classic Recruitment is working along side Toowoomba Butcher Supplies (TBS) to assist them in recruiting their new Sales Representative. This role involves a lot of travel, with some overnight stays required, based on 1 week sales , 1 week Stores and counter customer service rotating weeks. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a good understanding of TBS products to enable a professional presentation to the company's customer base
- both existing and new customers.
- To increase the preset sales on areas TBS are currently servicing.
- Continually assess new opportunities and cold call new potential customers.
- Ensure that focus lines are sold into each outlet.
- Review existing customers on product range and look for opportunities for product line extensions
- Provide monthly reports to management Experience from being an ex-butcher or worked in a butcher shop in customer service or meat industry in general would be advantageous, but experience in sales and customer service would also be applicable.
Product training can be provided for mutual outcomes. You will be used to working with KPI's and going above and beyond to service the customer.
