Job Description

You will assist new customers throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all TeamViewer products within the Australia and New Zealand market.

You will be responsible for contacting existing or potential clients via phone and email and converting these leads into sales opportunities. You can also expect to perform the following:

  • Quote and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes.
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
  • Provide online demos and webinars of TeamViewer to potential customers.
  • Process any written request from customers and potential customers using our CRM system.
  • Promote cross and upselling activities with our existing customer base.
Qualifications
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Sales or customer service background (all industries considered)
  • Excellent problem solving, and the ability to tailor solutions for individual customer needs.
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English (any other Asia-pacific language is a bonus)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows® and good general IT knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and stay on top of TeamViewer technology and industry trends.
