Due to our always growing expansion of the business, we are seeking experienced Sales Executive to join our team at our dealership on the Sunshine Coast!
Position Objective
Here at Caravan World, the Caravan Sales Executives have responsibility for the promotion and selling of Caravan World products, which includes both New and Second-hand Caravans and Motorhomes.
This position is based on the Sunshine Coast!
Sales Executives work closely with the Sales Manager and implement the appropriate sales practices to ensure revenue and profitability targets are consistently met for yourself and Caravan World.
This Sales Executive is often the first point of contact between a customer and Caravan World and is responsible for providing the customer with a positive experience. The Sales Executive will provide specialist knowledge regarding products and services, properly explore options, and ensure customer needs are aligned to the outcome of the sale.
You will receive full Training by our Sales Manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Represent the Caravan World brand in a professional manner at all times.
- Ensure individual sales targets are met on a consistent basis by ensuring customer needs are understood and met throughout the sales process.
- Assist the Branch to meet its overall sales target.
- Develop and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain high levels of prospecting and follow-up activity to ensure an ongoing pipeline of potential sales.
- Ensure that all sales documentation and customer communications are accurate in both content and price
- Assist Caravan World to continually improve by providing customer feedback on products, services, and the sales process itself.
- Adherence to and compliance with Caravan World policies and procedures.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of sales reporting and other administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Caravan World management and Head Office support functions.
- Opening an closing the caravans daily
- Photograph stock and complete internet listings promptly
Required Skills
- Previous experience and success in a sales environment.
- Well organized, able to meet deadlines, and competent in the use of business-related technology and systems.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competitive dynamics.
- Highly developed communication skills; verbal, written and listening.
- Goal orientated, able to operate independently or as part of a team, resilient in adverse conditions.
- Able to build constructive relationship across multiple stakeholders; team, customers, suppliers and Head Office.
