Due to our continued growth at Crystal Bathrooms, we have a sales position available with NSW's leading bathroom renovation company.
The role offers an abundance of qualified inbound leads that are distributed to our sales team each week. A working week will involve pre-screening phone calls, on site measures, developing quotations and in office presentations at our headquarters situated in Bexley NSW.
We are all about creating a dream bathroom for our client with an unmatched delivery of service. We are looking for someone that has an understanding or desire to learn about the renovation process as a whole and has a track record of sales success.
Construction experience is a bonus but not a must, as our product and processes are easy to grasp.
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong sales and communication skills is a must
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Eagerness to strive and exceed sales KPIs
- High level of accuracy, and attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have a driver's license to visit clients
We offer a great sales incentive with realistic OTE with a product and process that makes selling easy. Our commission structure has no cap, and the necessary training (paid) will be provided.
Package includes a company vehicle, toll tag and fuel allowance once you are able to go out onto the road solo and quote. We provide all that is necessary to perform the role.
