The role:
Due to exponential growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Representative to join the team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals within the NSW region
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads and opportunities
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to present our products/services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and progress towards targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position company offerings
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine sales strategies and improve overall performance
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an on the road, external Sales Representative.
- Ability to travel throughout NSW to hunt for new businesses and acquire potential customers.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends
Salary Expectations
- $80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Comms
