The Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, in this role you will be working from our Brisbane office in the morning and will also be onsite visiting clients. A key part of the role will also be the growth of new business opportunities through business 2 business development, and this will see you converting leads, and not afraid of cold calling.
You will be responsible for:
Meeting prospective clients on site
Actively manage and develop a sales pipeline and leads
Following up with prospective clients, learn their stocks, closing deals and meeting sales targets
keep close track on competitor and collect information
Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication and site visits
Organisation delivery and sometimes you may need to deliver yourself
To be successful in the role, you ideally have
A growth mindset and not afraid to try new things
Great customer-service skills that builds trust for our customers
An eye for detail and great organisational skills
Are proficient in the use of Windows, Microsoft Office is a must
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and take pride in what you do
Well presented, reliable, friendly and professional
previous experience in residential joinery sales or construction sales will be highly regarded not a must
