The Role
These positions offer an excellent opportunity for sales professionals to significantly impact our growing market presence. Your role will involve promoting our industry-leading products to retail hydroponics stores and home garden centres across your respective region.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships in NSW, ACT, QLD, or WA.
- Assess and respond to client needs with tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and product innovations.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced in sales, preferably in hydroponics or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Have the ability to close a sale, and grow market share.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently.
- Availability for travel within the assigned region.
- Knowledge of hydroponics will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.
