An incredible opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our close-knit Commercial Partnership team in Mulgrave, VIC!
Your job role includes:
• Maximise assigned monthly budget and yearly sales budgets
• Visit customers as per call cycle to sell in (existing/new products)
• Place orders with individual customers to optimise the stock level
• Recommend and distribute new lines to customers
• Solicit additional stock orders where opportunities exist
• Check quality and appearance of stock to ensure saleability and report discrepancies
• Familiar with the retail stores isles, planogram and competition, Build layout and relays stores as required
• Maintain effective business relationships with store Managers and Owners
• Market research on competitive brands and products
• Collect outstanding payments from our customers in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for new business
• Negotiate trade marketing initiative (display spaces or demo spaces) for brands and products
• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of company’s products, competition environment in respective channel and offerings (price and promotion)
• Working cooperatively with other teams
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management as and when necessary, the above may be subject to change from time to time.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
• Full Australian working rights
• A current Australian driver’s license
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Attention to detail and commercial acumen
