PLEASE NOTE: This position is for 10 hours per week, working from home.
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships to support our mission of transforming education.
You will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through their educational needs and offering tailored solutions, with the intent of securing consultation appointments to further secure enrolment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
2. Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of Full Spectrum Education's suite of products and services, ensuring you can articulate their features, benefits, and relevance to customers' specific needs.
3. Sales Strategies: Proactively identify potential customers and target markets, devising effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
4. Consultative Selling: Utilise a consultative approach to understand customers' challenges and goals, recommending appropriate educational solutions that align with their requirements.
5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating the value and impact of Full Spectrum Education's products and services.
6. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using software, effectively managing sales pipelines.
7. Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing valuable feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize customer experiences and contribute to the overall company success.
10. Lead Generation: Support successful lead generation that has been provided for you in securing further enrolment of students into the Full Spectrum Education program.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education or EdTech industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
- Technologically adept, with proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
