Product Specialist

What you’ll be doing:
- Be able to confidently sell, cross-sell and upsell. Most of sales happen through demos so you will need to know the ins and outs of our products and software.
- Nurture and convert leads to sales to strategically grow market share - we have a strong lead generating machine.
- Foster and maintain strong and enduring client relationships.
- Managing and providing post-sales support to new and existing customer base.
- Develop and manage a new client relationship pipeline.
- Maintain a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities.
- As an energised start-up, our hours are not 9-5 and the role will keep developing as we continue growing.

- Experience in sales or ability to demonstrate skills that will be useful in sales.
- You are a follow-up machine using our CRM.
- Effective planning and organisation skills.
- Great at managing their own time and customers to meet sales targets.
- Full driver’s license, own car and located in or around Brisbane.
- Desirable to have dental background (Dentists, OHT/Hygiene, Treatment Co-ordinator, DA), but not necessary as we can provide training.
