Cosimer is the Australian distributor of Mavala Switzerland (cosmetics), Color & Soin (hair dye) and SOS Talisman (medical ID bracelets). We distribute our products in pharmacies, beauty salons and online. Our areas of expertise include sales, marketing, logistics, merchandising, training, e-commerce and social media.

About the role
Your role will be to grow our pharmacy based distribution across the greater Sydney region and to manage the relationship with our existing accounts in your territory.
You will be part of our sales team and will have sole responsibility for pharmacy sales across your territory. You will benefit from the support of our other experienced Sales Representatives in NSW, QLD and VIC through phone-based coaching and advice.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective accounts in and around Sydney.
- Make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective accounts to demonstrate use of products, show samples and take orders.
- Understand and advocate Cosimer's sales arguments and competitive advantages, and develop clear and effective proposals/quotations in order to win new business.
- Negotiate gondola ends, counter and other premium positions for our brands.
- Train our customers' sales staff to understand and effectively sell our products.
- Assist pharmacies with merchandising and window displays.
- Organise in store promotions and events to boost sell-out.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints through a relationship-based approach.
Benefits and perks
In this ‘on-the-road’ role, you will be visiting existing and prospective accounts across the whole Sydney metropolitan area daily. Travel to nearby regional towns may also be required.

You will receive a car allowance, iPad and mobile phone, which will be your main work tools to help you achieve your sales targets.
Your package includes participation in Cosimer's Commission Plan, with commissions directly linked to your sales performance and uncapped to reward outperformance.
Skills and experience
- Minimum of five years' relevant experience in sales.
- Experience with the beauty or pharmaceutical sector.
- Aptitude for problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, friendly and confident attitude, with a strong customer focus and a good personal presentation.
- Valid driver's license and car required.
