distribution. The company has grown exponentially and is proudly one of the leading office chair
manufacturers and importers in Australia – offering a wide range of Clerical, Executive and Contract Office
Chairs and services.
As part of our continuous expansion, the introduction of a new branch in Western Australia is currently
being established and thus providing an opportunity for a Perth based Sales representative.
About The Role
We are seeking an autonomous Sales Representative who will be based at our Forrestdale Branch to
manage current client relationships, produce quotes, address client queries and orders along with
generating new business in Perth Metro and Regional Western Australia. The role is predominately field
based therefore requires an individual who is flexible and willing to travel by both road and air to visit
existing clients and follow up on new business opportunities.
Ideally, previous experience in a similar role within the commercial office seating or office furniture
industry would be highly regarded. A remuneration package including commission and super will be
dependent on experience. Essential tools of the trade will be supplied including a fully maintained role
suited vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, company uniform & training.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:
Ensuring exceptional customer service and timely follow-ups
Create sales opportunities through new and existing channels
Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling
Plan and manage regular face-to-face client call cycle
Demonstrating seating ranges to clients, both in our showroom and at their premises
Prepare and follow up on client quotes
Build strong B2B relationships
About You
Background in the office seating or office furniture industry
Residency in Perth
Strong sales experience with a proven track record in meeting & exceeding
sales targets
Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Outstanding personal presentation, strong written and verbal communication and client relations
skills
To be successful, applicants must possess a can-do attitude and be self-managed. Wholesale & sales experience is essential.
