🚀 The Role: Sales Maestro

As our Sales 'Maestro' representative, you will be at the forefront of our fasteners division. Your primary mission is to drive sales growth, foster strong customer connections, and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the fastener industry.
2. Actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Provide expert product knowledge and support to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our fastener solutions.
7. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our company's products.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fastener or related industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to understand technical specifications and convey them effectively to clients.
4. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Knowledge of market trends and a keen understanding of customer needs.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.

Salay and Benefits

Base $80k - $100K | + Super 11% | 20K Commission | Car
