Sales Representative

We have exciting opportunities for Sales Representatives across ANZ to join an International electrical goods business!

Our client is an innovative international electrical goods company with a focus on local growth and customer satisfaction.
They are currently hiring Sales Representatives across Australia and NZ. The ideal candidate would possess strong sales and account management skills, excellent communication abilities, the ability to build and maintain relationships and the flexibility to travel. They should also be proactive, solution-oriented and capable of executing strategies effectively.
Key responsibilities include:

1. Planning and creating a clear, efficient territory plan focusing on quarterly selling objectives, key priorities and customers.
2. Achieving sales targets and account management KPIs, shelf presence and display strategies.
3. Executing distribution, shelf management and merchandising activities according to company standards.
4. Delivering product training to retail store staff.
5. Building and strengthening relationships with retail partners.
6. Providing proactive ideas and feedback from the field to Head Office.

This role requires regular travel to meet regionally based customers, so flexibility is essential.
