About the company and the role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a positive & passionate FMCG Representative to join our team at Our United Food Co Aust. in the ever expanding Western Suburbs area of  Brisbane. The purpose of this role is to effectively manage, promote and sell our product range within the independent retail trade in order to maximise brand exposure & sales volumes.

•  Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible in developing and increasing business opportunities within the Independent Supermarket Trade and working an exciting portfolio of Brands covering all aspects of a supermarket shop floor.

In addition, you will be required to:

•  Increase sales opportunities through new and existing customers
•  Deal with customer orders, enquiries and following up on any issues
•  Promote exceptional sales through the endorsement of new and existing     products and services
•  Use your visual merchandising skills to display material and activating in  store promotions

• Knowledge, skills and attributes:

You will possess the following skills:

• Sales experience background within Grocery FMCG with strong       selling experience with direct lines. Preffered but NOT ESSENTIAL.
• Great communication and organizational skill
•  Sales skills with the ability to up-sell
•  Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to  successfully manage multiple priorities.
•  A genuine passion for achieving goals and developing the business  through your negotiation, selling and merchandising skills
•  Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with the ability to operate iPad devices
•  Analytical and problem solving ability
• Capable of working in a team environment
•  Show initiative with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work autonomously
•  Understanding direct sales to all Independent Supermarkets
