About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager superstar to help us grow and expand. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be focused on sourcing and developing new business partnerships, boosting sales and personally managing key accounts. This influential role offers an invigorating mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney. Ideal for those seeking a work from home opportunity.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Demonstrated track record of success in growing sales within QSR or fast casual dining chains.
- Ideally worked in dairy or non-dairy sector and understand the “free from” market.
- Proven history of Sales/Account Management experience.
- A genuine, natural negotiator with a proven track record in generating new business.
- You’re passionate, influential, motivated, tenacious, and driven.
- Able to work autonomously, strong attention to detail, focused.
- Highly advanced time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, planning capability and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage change, multi-task as well as work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Current and valid driver’s licence.
