Sales Representative Vadain Pty Ltd

Vadain is an international company specializing in soft window furnishings. Our local manufacturing facility in Brisbane supplies made to measure products Australia wide. We specialize in supplying high quality products on a fast turnaround for a competitive price. We have around 50 employees in Australia and are supplying to multiple large and some smaller accounts (business to business). 

Vadain's sales represenative will be selling a total package of soft window furnishings and associated products and services. The position requires the person to operate within Australia and involves travel to visit (potential) customers. The successful candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, able to work independently on defined targets, and as part of a team. A go-getter who is determined and driven by success and growth. 

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to growing business wit both new and existing customers and creating sales opportunities for driving revenue. We're looking fro someone who can analyze sales trends and use data to determine business growth potential. 

The Sales representative presents Vadain's full range of soft window furnishings products and services at trade events and business to business. We value good follow up with our new clients to ensure they feel confident and competent using our products and are motivated and enthusiastic about selling the Vadain range. This includes providing customer training in ordering, product- and process knowledge. The successful candidate will also support our customer service team in the office. 

We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and who takes initiatives based on Vadain's goals and core believes. Someone who is customer service and sales focused, and able to interact with any level within an organization to establish relationship with customers. You are a citizen or permanent resident of Australia, or on a long-term work visa, ideally with working experience in marketing and sales or related fields. You are able to master Vadain specific computer programs and transfer knowledge to customers. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
