About the Role
Due to company growth we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative to service the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich regions.
You will be accountable for delivering excellent customer service and product portfolios in your respective region. Your ability to identify and convert new business opportunities whilst building strong and effective working relationships will be integral in your success. Reporting through to the Branch Manager, some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Achieve revenue and gross margin
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Translate customers’ requests into practical product solutions
- Undertake product enquiries and maximise sales opportunities
- Continually seeking new growth opportunities and growing your the existing business
- Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with customers
- Liaising with internal department to respond to customer enquiries
This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a secure, full-time, Monday to Friday position with a company that values its team members and offers a supportive working environment.
Other Duties May Include
- Customer deliveries to businesses and construction sites
- Loading product into company vehicles
- Collecting stock from our suppliers
What we require
- Building, Construction or Roofing knowledge is a must have, but additional training will be provided
- A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- A reliable and responsible person with a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Current Australian drivers and folk lift licences
- A professional attitude and presentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a small team
- Sound computer skills and professional phone manner
- Team player attitude who will "jump in" and help the team meet its objectives
