Sales & Retail Services Analyst
The Opportunity
Our Sales Steering and Product Management team is currently looking for an experienced Sales & Retail Services Analyst who will be responsible for Sales Reporting and Analytics. The core focus will be Sales performance.
This is a full time, permanent contract based in Mulgrave, Melbourne.
Additionally, the role is responsible for:
Sales Reporting.
Month End Closing Activities (Reporting, Payments, etc.).
Performance Analysis (Campaigns, Demographics, etc.).
Internal and External Reporting (Incl. Management), Dealers, BM’s, Retention, Ad Hoc, etc.).
Product Foundation and Documentation of Process.
Dealer Plan, BSC Operationalization.
What you will bring to this role
Bachelors degree in Business Informations Systems.
Working experience in a similar analyst role, preferably within the automotive financial services industry.
Experience in process evaluation and redefinition in order to achieve efficiencies.
Experience in data structuring and analysis to develop conclusions and initiatives to improve sales performance.
Experience in projects, preferably in Agile Methodology.
Proper understanding of planning and prioritisation methodologies and Strong problem-solving capacity.
Experience working with highly collaborative teams and contributing to a nice working environment.
Critical thinking ability, able to translate business objectives into system and process requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
