Job description

As our new Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for our Sales and Service teams. Positioned at the front desk of our LDV, MG & Nissan dealerships in Campbelltown, you'll be the welcoming face to visitors, all while seamlessly multitasking in a bustling environment. Your exceptional multitasking abilities will ensure you maintain a warm and engaging demeanor while delivering top-notch administrative support to our teams!

To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Greeting guests and guiding them accordingly
  • Assisting potential clients with inquiries
  • Booking vehicles for service and recalls using ERA and Excel
  • Performing general administration support tasks
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk, welcoming customers warmly and aiding with all enquiries
  • Handling incoming phone calls and providing assistance via phone and email
  • Completing front office and administration duties as per standard operating procedures.

What you need to succeed in the role:

  • Ability to work full-time.
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to handle enquiries professionally.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a busy environment, with the ability to manage competing demands, work to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
