The Opportunity
Due to the expansion of our Business Development team across Australia, we're looking for a customer-focused Sales Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be interacting cross-functionally with multiple departments including sales, operations, marketing, and engineering. You'll also be building relationships with partner and end-user accounts to creatively and proactively resolve issues, as well as identifying upselling opportunities.
The Fit
You might be an experienced administrator who is keen to dip your toes into solution sales, or you could have some sales support experience already and are looking for your next challenge. You'll be committed to delivering high standards of customer service and have the ability to work well with a range of different stakeholders. To succeed in this role you'll also need:
- 2+ years in a customer service / sales support or administration role.
- Strong administration and computer skills, with experience in MS Office Suite (SAP & CRM experience highly desirable).
- The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and prioritise in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with great problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to work in a team environment, with a “can do” attitude.
- A friendly and outgoing attitude with internal and external customers.
- A lateral thinker who is open to change, flexible, and responsive to changing business needs.
