This position will be based in Girraween NSW.
Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote understanding of full product range, services offered, and align to provide solutions.
- Understanding segment / industries / customer needs in the market. Collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supporting Marine and Construction channel partner accounts and ensure their achievement with a structured follow up process. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Preparing sales plans using company tools in accordance with set geographical and account strategies. Performing regular status reviews and propose recovery plans.
- As part of your role, you will be required to travel interstate to enhance and grow the business module nationally.
- Supporting growth of the top line in each market and find and create new business opportunities. Driving evaluation of potential new and existing markets and their needs and ensure proactive sales approach with a focus on solutions.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales, processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed
- Communicating key technical details in accordance with Beaver Group being offered and strategy (technical compliance & deviations, manufacture & delivery time).
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
- Creating added value for channel partners and Beaver Group by ensuring a coordinated sales approach
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Your background
- Experience in Marine and Lifting Industries with a minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales and business development.
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
- Extensive network with strong relationships with customer channels and in particular, with 3rd party influencing parties e.g. End Users, Consultants, and Marine / Construction within each critical industry.
- Field Servicing experience is beneficial
