Overview:
The position handles the selling of laboratory products in an assigned geography. The specialist will comprehend and apply their product knowledge and expertise to successfully promote and consummate the sale of company products and services to achieve or exceed the assigned territory sales plan. You will also be required to grow current and capture new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Work with internal and external stakeholder.
2) Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts
3) Strengthening assigned accounts and maximizing the company’s potential to establish business partnership
4) Participate in Sales Team meetings and engage with the team in problem solving, issue discussion, greater general communication and more transparent operation
5) Ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and meet targets and team targets
6) Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
7) Establish and build strong working relationships with external stakeholders at all levels.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Related field, preferably in scientific or technical field
2) Related experience in strategy, management, consulting, business development or marketing
3) High attention to detail
4) Adhere to company rules and requirement
5) Ability to work in team
6) Interstate travelling require
