Role Overview:
The role will be to build upon their existing business by growing and developing sales within the Victorian territory, while at the same time providing exceptional service to their existing accounts, and rebuilding some older relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales growth via maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts.
- Grow the business through "solution" selling.
- Maintain a weekly record of activity with customers, using the CRM.
- Be pro-active in making cold call's and manage new accounts.
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in an Industrial Consumables environment (have a mechanical aptitude).
- Demonstrated skills and experience in sales relationships.
- Previous experience using a CRM.
- Good time management skills.
- Account/Territory Management experience.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
