Responsibilities:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to contractors, and homeowners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets within the flooring industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to installation and beyond.
- Stay up-to-date on flooring trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the flooring industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. (If you are a high achieving salesperson in a similar industry where you know how to measure we will also be interested in speaking with you)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry trends is preferred but not required.
