Full Job Description
Our client is looking for a vibrant Sales Team Leader to join the team. An exciting newly created opportunity, perfect for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.
As the Sales Team Leader you will motivate, support and coach your team to ensure they are consistently meeting their targets, you will have proven success in managing a team and achieving sustained targets. The Sales Team Leader will collaborate with other departments to support the generation of additional leads for the education provider. You will enjoy building relationships and connecting with students, parents and your team!

The Role:

• Continuously support, motivate and coach your team to hit ongoing targets
• Manage incoming enquiries and applications accordingly
• Coordinate campus tours, interviews and auditions for students
• Understand the course content and update as required
• Continuously work toward KPI’s independently and with your team
• Coordinate and attend exhibitions and events to promote the education provider
• Engage in both inbound and outbound calls with potential students
• Build strong relationships with students and oversee the process of their application and auditions
• Attend workshops to keep up to date with the latest developments in the market
• Work with sensitive information and understand the policies and procedures
• Any other general duties directed by the manager

The ideal candidate:

• Travelling to exhibitions is required so a full and current driver’s license is essential
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Prior experience managing a small team
• Knowledge and experience working with KPI’s and team targets
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Motivated to drive the success of the team
