THE JOB
As a Direct Sales Team Leader, you will foster the growth and success of our Direct Sales team. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
This includes but not limited to:
Target Achievement: Ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Supporting Team Development: The Direct Sales Team Leader is responsible for understanding the personal and professional aspirations of team members and providing the necessary support to help them achieve their goals.
Communication: Consistent open communication to leaders within the business and across the team. Communicating business updates, and performance reviews is essential for team alignment and success.
Onboarding and Training: Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring comprehensive training plans are implemented.
Performance Support: Conducting weekly and monthly performance reviews with individual team members to provide coaching and support in achieving their targets is an integral part of the role.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Minimum 2-years experience as a Team Leader, within a thriving sales environment!
- Year 12 education, with a certificate in finance and or mortgage broking - highly desirable!
- Demonstrated experience of overachieving KPIs and sales targets
- All around ambition to help others to reach their full potential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to guide and support the greater team
