Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales/Customer Account Manager with flexibility for some remote work. The role will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide effective customer support, and managing customer inquiries.
The target markets are located both within the greater Sydney area and across NSW with some country travel required. Candidates based in Greater Sydney and surrounds are encouraged to apply.
About you
You will have/be
- A proven success in customer service and new business development is ideal, however this role may suit a person with an electrical or engineering background who wants to get into a sales role
- Excellent communication and customer support skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft office

You will be working for a company with a great culture and be supported by a small enthusiastic team. The office and warehouse are located in Narellan, however the role will primarily be field based and allow for some ‘work from home’ arrangements.
