Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst based in Melbourne Location. This is a great opportunity to work with a global IT service leader and contribute to exciting projects.
Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Senior Business Analyst with experience working in the digital portal or app channel.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementation and integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM best practices.
• Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce developers.
• Experience in conducting user training and providing post-implementation support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
