Greater Western Sydney has been retained by an instantly recognisable global market leader to recruit a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract to support a project. The Role
The Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with Business Divisions across the Group to deliver Salesforce based solutions. Key responsibilities of this role to support that key business initiative will include:
- Organise and facilitate workshops and clearly scope business requirements;
- Translate business requirements into user stories and Salesforce functional specifications and act as a liaison between business and technical teams;
- Perform business and systems analysis activities to support business requirements and initiatives;
- Able to clearly communicate Salesforce features in a non-technical way to business stakeholders;
- Identify best practices to influence the design of the functions and features;
- Assess business objectives, formulate solution options and engage in an agile or hybrid delivery methodology;
- Document test cases, assist with functional/integration testing and user acceptance testing;
- Adhere to the change management processes and manage user expectations on Change requests; and
- Other duties as nominated and directed by the company from time to time.
The Successful Candidate
Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:
- Strong functional knowledge and experience of Salesforce core product offerings and platform.;
- Knowledge of Financial Cloud and Experience Cloud is highly desirable;
- Experience in an agile environment;
- Experience in dealing with and managing multiple stakeholders, across business lines and be able to demonstrate ownership of task to delivery;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Relevant qualifications;
- You will enjoy working in a diverse environment across multiple business systems and will enjoy developing in your role; and
- Above all else, you will have a friendly, positive attitude with high levels of emotional intelligence and maturity.
