AddressTileCloud is an online brand shaking up the renovation industry with a hassle- free, design-led buying experience.
We are seeking an experienced Picker-Packer to select, sort and pack our sample and tapware orders. Day to day you will receive orders, pick the required items and pack them, label for shipping and prepare the boxes for daily collection by Australia Post and couriers.
The ideal candidate is a fast and focused warehouse worker with great attention to detail, with previous experience using an ERP for order fulfilment and dispatch.
This role is a permanent, full time role, on location in our Rosebery HQ, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
About the role
- Pack tapware orders and tile sample boxes to ensure that items are well presented and won’t be damaged in transit. Ensure accurate selection and packaging of orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with organisation of stock in the warehouse. Be responsible for ensuring samples and tapware have access to necessary stock and materials, and initiate orders for additional materials when supplies are running low.
- Prepare boxes for daily pre-booked collection by Australia Post. Troubleshoot any delivery issues. Update ERP for order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Identify areas to improve overall customer experience and/or make the process more efficient.
About you
- You have previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience with ERP for order fulfilment and dispatch.
- You are a fast and focused worker
- You have a high attention to detail and ability to multitask
- You bring a positive energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
- Physically fit to carry out the required duties of the role, including lifting up to 10kg.
