Then you would LOVE to be a part of our team! Our team is growing, and we are seeking a new Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in our Newcastle branch.
About the role:
Working alongside the service manager and dispatch team you will oversee the day-to-day scheduling of works for our Newcastle team.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling job runs for multiple technicians in order of priority and technician strengths
- Liaise with customers regarding bookings and upcoming works
- Follow up all pending works with technicians and keeping customers up to date with the progress
- Support other departments along with the management team, assisting in general administrative tasks as required
- Maintain daily tracking spreadsheets
About you:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Out of the box thinking
- A good understanding of Microsoft office
- Multi-tasking capability and time management skills
- Professional and courteous telephone etiquette
