SAP Analyst
Location - Parramatta
Temporary Full-time to October 2024, with the possibility of extension
Clerk Grade 5/6, ($93,295pa - $102,941 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
Undertake Service product enhancement and operational tasks, including reporting and project/release planning, issue resolution/escalation and research, analysis and monitoring activities, to support the ongoing management and reporting of the vendor delivered IT service.
What you'll do
As part of the ERP Support Team, you will assist with the ongoing management and reporting of a vendor delivered IT service. This covers product enhancement and operational tasks, including reports and project/release plans, as well as contributing to issue resolution and escalation, research, analysis activities and monitoring activities.
You'll monitor, track and report on the status of product enhancement deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved program of work for the relevant product.
What we're looking for

  • Service management experience, triaging and resolving tickets in a complex work environment
  • Experience with SAP in either HCM/Payroll, Finance, Procurement and/or security
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Effective, creative problem solving ability
