AddressWe require an SAP Program Manager to join the team and play a crucial role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP ERP projects. You will lead a team of project managers and analysts to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of SAP solutions, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a consulting environment, delivering SAP solutions to multiple clients across various industries
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on SAP implementations, configurations, and enhancements
- Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions, such as for Utilities, resources, or Energy
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding and expertise of the SAP solution and modules including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issues
- Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate project teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
