Your new role

Responsibilities

Essendon Isuzu UTE & MG are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team on Saturdays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations on Saturdays, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our dealership. Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Provide information about our products and services to customers
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

What you'll need to succeedTo be eligible for this position, you should demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transport
• Required to complete a Police check
