Haynes are currently seeking a Scheduler for a valued client located in Paget, Mackay.
Key responsibilities:
- Prioritising workflow to align with the workshop schedule
- Create, understand and update component rebuild jobs (using Pronto)
- Responsible for goods receiving, process credit returns, raising Purchase Orders
- Provide a high level of service to the component rebuild workshop
- Manage external repairs for stock jobs and rotable stock
- Load/unload stock and any additional tasks, where directed

About You
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Must have experience with Caterpillar equipment
- Advantageous qualifications - Pronto experience, Forklift Ticket
- Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent communication and computer skills
- Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening, where required
