Job Title:  Scheduling Coordinator | Rostering Administrator
 
Location:  Adelaide, SA           
 
Salary:  $40 per Hour

About the Role & Client: 
Join a dynamic partnership between Evolve Talent and a leading Community Home Care provider in Adelaide! We are currently seeking a motivated Scheduling Coordinator/Rostering Administrator to work at our clients Head Office in Adelaide. Joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, you'll collaborate closely with Care Coordinators and various health professionals to strategically plan the workforce schedule. Our client is passionately committed to ensuring that each individual’s journey is personalised to meet their own unique desires and requirements.

Key Duties:
 

  • Manage Inbound and Outbound calls with Clients and Care Workers
  • Accurate inputting of data into our information systems
  • Administration tasks
  • Effective rostering of our Community Home Care staff within our rostering guidelines
  • Effective troubleshooting of day-to-day staff and manager queries
  • Ensure staff coverage of planned and unplanned absences
  • Develop positive working relationships with our Care staff
 
 
Skills & Requirements:  
 
    • You will thrive in a busy environment with the ability to move from phone, emails, and scheduling tasks.
    • Previous experience in Community Home Care rostering would be highly regarded.
    • You will have strong computer skills, with knowledge of rostering systems or the capacity to quickly learn new information systems.  
    • You will have strong interpersonal, customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with strong attention to detail.
